Since 1986 our family has celebrated the Rutherford Bench's well drained soils and cooler western-slope afternoons by making Cabernets with a hint of “Rutherford Dust” and complex, Burgundian-style Chardonnays. And, we’ve brought a bit of Garen's Italian heritage to the wines we offer, with our limited production, Stagliano Sangiovese. We farm our 50 acres organically and run our winery with solar power, and actively promote our land’s biodiversity. We feel truly fortunate to live here, and are committed to giving back to our community and our planet.
