Sophisticated Palate and Epicurean Adventures are located in California’s Napa Valley. Awaken your senses! Indulge your passion for food, wine, and cooking. CIA Sophisticated Palate offers the ultimate culinary vacation.

In an intimate learning environment of just 12 participants, Chef John Ash and CIA faculty will introduce you to bold cuisines. You'll explore the subtleties of food and wine pairing, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow food aficionados. And you'll do it all in a region that's home to a vibrant community of chefs and bursting with fresh, flavorful ingredients.
